paperwork and even the purchase can be handled without you
being physically present.​

open a Spanish bank account and obtain your NIE (Foreigner
Identification Number). While not mandatory, this visit can

What’s the timeframe from consultation to purchase?

situation. Some deals can move faster; others may need more

I’ve heard about "okupas" in Spain—should I be worried?
